- 12-15 crackers
- ¼ cup cream cheese
- Handful cherry tomatoes
- Handful black olives
- 5-10 sprigs of chive
- 1 Tbsp. balsamic glaze
- Remove the cream cheese from the fridge to soften for about 10 minutes. This will make it much easier to spread.
- Slice the cherry tomatoes in half the long way until they are all cut in half. Set aside to use later.
- Slice the black olives in half the short way until they are all cut in half. Set these aside too.
- Slice the chives in about 1 inch strips, these will be the little antenas. Set aside.
- Spread an even layer of cream cheese on top of your favorite cracker. You can spread as much as you’d like. If you or your little ones aren’t a fan of cream cheese, try using hummus!
- Place two halved tomatoes on top of the cracker to create the wings. Use the video as a reference while assembling these crackers.
- Place a halved olive on top of the cracker right above where the two wings meet.
- Place two small sprigs of chives coming out of the olive.
- Pour the balsamic glaze in a small dish then use a toothpick to dip in the balsamic glaze then onto the tomatoes to create small polka dots all over.
