- 1 carton of strawberries, washed, dried, and chopped
- 1 carton of blueberries, washed and dried
- 2 cups heavy whipping cream
- 5 Tbsp. confectioners sugar
- 2 tsp. Vanilla extract
- Wash and pat dry the strawberries and blueberries. Chop the strawberries up into small pieces.
- Place the heavy whipping cream in a stand mixer with the whisk attachment and mix on medium speed until the consistency starts to look like a cool whip. Add in the sugar and vanilla. About 6-8 minutes.
- Layer the strawberries in the bottom of your trifle dish about an inch and a half high.
- Next, use a piping bag or spoon in the next layer of whipped cream.
- Add blueberries on top of the whipped cream. Depending on the size of your trifle dish, continue layering repeating the steps above until the dish is full.
- Keep trifles refrigerated until it’s time to serve. Enjoy!
