When does the recipient find out about their gift?

On the date you choose in the gift form above. That’s when we email them your message and a link to redeem. Leave it as today to send it right away.

Do I need their address?

No, just their name and email. The recipient enters their own shipping address when they redeem the gift. You don’t need to ask them for it and spoil the surprise. They can update their address anytime later in their account.

How does the recipient receive their gift and kits?

They click the link in the gift email, pick a start date and enter their shipping address. No payment is needed to redeem. A new kit then arrives every month, and every kit in the gift term is prepaid.

What happens when the gift ends?

The gift covers every kit in the plan. You pay once at checkout, and each kit ships to the recipient at no cost. Once the gift ends, the subscription continues at the regular monthly price. If the recipient has a card saved in their account, it will be charged automatically. If not, we’ll email them so they can add a card and keep the kits coming. The recipient can cancel anytime in their account. You can also gift another term to the same email, and it will be added to their existing subscription.

Can I send a gift to someone who already has a Baketivity subscription?

Yes! When they redeem the gift, they can sign in to their existing account and choose their saved shipping address.

Where do you ship gift subscriptions, and is shipping included?

Shipping is included in the gift price, so the recipient never pays anything when they redeem.
