Strawberry Banana Nice Cream

Isn't all ice cream nice...? Of course! But what makes this recipe especially nice is that it is a much healthier alternative to ice cream! There is no dairy and only four ingredients! This version of nice cream is a strawberry banana flavored sweet treat but you can absolutely substitute another frozen fruit of your liking! Not to mention, this is SO easy to make! As for toppings, there are endless options! Some great and healthy choices are chocolate granola, shaved coconut, melted dark chocolate or nuts! Whatever your favorite flavors are, use them! Each recipe posted onto our Baketivity Blog are made for you in hopes that you make them your own and have fun with it!   • 3 frozen chopped bananas
  • 2 cups frozen strawberries
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup almond milk (or oat/coconut)
  • Your preferred toppings
Directions:
  1. In a food processor or blender combine each ingredient together on the pulse or crush setting. Stop occasionally to scrape down the sides of your bowl. Continue to combine each ingredient until you have reached a nice smooth creamy texture and there are no lumps of frozen fruit.
  2. Once your mixture is smooth and creamy, transfer into a a Tupperware with a secure lid. Let the nice cream chill in the freezer for about 1 hour or until it has firmed up.
  3. And that's it! I told you it was easy :) Enjoy with your favorite toppings!
