The BEST Banana Bread

Ingredients:
  • 1/4 cup softened unsalted butter
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3/4 cups mashed banana
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 3/4 cups flour
  • 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
Directions:
  1. Preheat the oven to 350 F and grease a loaf pan. Set aside.
  2. Whisk together the softened butter and sugar until smooth.
  3. Add in the eggs, mashed banana, water and vanilla. Continue to whisk.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet, the flour, baking powder, salt and cinnamon.
  5. Whisk everything together until the batter is nice and smooth.
  6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 45-50 minutes.
  7. Enjoy!
