Confetti Cake Batter Popcorn

Ingredients:

1/3 cup popcorn kernels

3 Tbsp. canola oil

8 oz. white chocolate

½ cup vanilla cake mix

¼ cup sprinkles

3 drops Rose essence

 

Directions:

1. Place the oil & corn kernels in a medium saucepan. Leave on a medium/high heat. Once hot enough, the popping begins!

2. When the popping slows down, take off the heat & pour the popcorn into a large bowl.

3. Melt the chocolate in a double boiler. This is the best way to not burn your chocolate. Stir until melted, then take off heat.

4. Add the cake mix to your melted chocolate, stir & then whisk a little if there are still lumps.

5. Pour the chocolate mix over your popcorn & gently mix. Add the sprinkles & mix again.

6. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Pour the popcorn mix over it & even it out.

7. Leave in fridge until set. Enjoy!
