Melted Cheese Mexican Dip

Ingredients:

1 Round Cob/Sourdough Loaf

8oz/230g Block Sharp Cheddar Cheese

16oz/450g Sour Cream

14oz/395g Creamed Corn

Hot Sauce or Sweet Chili – Add to taste

1 Taco Seasoning Pack

 

Directions:

1. Freshly grate the cheese in a large microwave safe bowl.

2. Place all ingredients into the bowl & mix well.

3. Place in the microwave for 3.5 minutes. Then stir.

4. Place it back into the microwave for 1 minute, & stir again. Do this 2 more times.

5. Pour the dip into a bread roll. Add a pinch of cayenne pepper on top. Enjoy!
